Tatyana Richaud (Taty) is a versatile film composer, producer, and singer/songwriter based in LA and NYC. She has scored numerous films and collaborated with top-tier composers on TV series and features. Her music blends electronic and classical elements, often leaning into genre-bending production and innovative songwriting. She is currently studying Screen Scoring at New York University.
She has composed, produced, and recorded the Main Titles for NBC’s new show Stumble. Taty is also the recipient of the prestigious Alan Menken Scholarship at NYU, where her original piece premiered at the NYU Skirball Center as part of the university’s tribute to Mr. Menken. Under the direction of composer Graham Coxon (founding member of Blur), she performed lead female vocals for Bloodwitch in the Netflix series I Am Not Okay With This, and her work is set to be heard in Paramount’s Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. She was one of five musicians selected for KCRW’s Young Creators Project, which spotlights emerging artists under 21 in Southern California. Her songs “It's Not a Problem” (2022), “Work It Out” (2024), and "Dandelions" (2025), were all featured as KCRW’s Today's Top Tune.
In 2023/24, she was selected as a composer for the Music et Cinema Festival in Marseille. She is a 2022 National YoungArts Foundation winner in Voice – Singer/Songwriter. In 2021, she received two nominations at the All-American High School Film Festival for Best Original Score and later won Best Music Video for Understand That, directed by Benji Tucker. Her work has been performed by the 2025 Carnegie Hall rotation, the Budapest Orchestra, the NYU Broadway Orchestra, and more.
